Today: Northerly 15 knots, but 20 knots about the south coast. Sea moderate in the south. Fine spells. For the South Coast and Palliser Bay: Southerly swell half a metre or less. For Castlepoint: Easterly swell easing to 1.5 metres. Southerly swell easing to half a metre or less.

Monday: Becoming northerly 15 knots everywhere in the morning. Moderate sea in the south easing. Partly cloudy. For the South Coast and Palliser Bay: Southerly swell half a metre or less. For Castlepoint: Easterly swell 1.5 metres. Southerly swell half a metre or less.

Tuesday: Northerly rising to 25 knots. Occasional showers. For the South Coast and Palliser Bay: Southerly swell half a metre or less. For Castlepoint: Easterly swell easing to 1 metre. Southerly swell half a metre.

Wednesday: Changing southerly 25 knots in the morning, easing to 15 knots in the afternoon then dying out in the evening. Showers clearing, becoming fine in the afternoon. For the South Coast and Palliser Bay: Southerly swell rising to 1 metre. For Castlepoint: Easterly swell 1 metre. Southerly swell half a metre.
