Piha Surfing Champs is back on after being postponed earlier in the year. It is all ready to roll on the 23rd & 24th October. First prize in the Open is a fairly large amount of cash while there is a custom made surfboard in the Over 30's, a HC Fish board in the Women's and a Mike Jolly longboard in the Longboard division.

$4000 in prizes.
25th & 26th October (Labour Weekend)
Open Men, Women's, Longboards, Over 30's, Over 40's, Over 50's
Entry $50 ($20 Members)
