GAgRAglan is now operating out of VOLCOM LANE just of Bow St the main street of RAglan town... It has morphed over the last 18 years from the original Getta-Grip Lab to a surf shop...kite shop..and coffee roasting and espresso operation “RAglanRoast”

Established in 1992 the Raglan Surf Co developed alongside the Town and Country surfboard factory situated in the middle of Raglan. With its emphasis on custom surfboards it soon attracted the most impressive list of team riders and became one of only a few core surf stores in the country. The board factory was relocated some years ago and some of the brands have changed, but the Raglan Surf Co continues to service local and visiting surfers alike with a vast selection of surfboards, wetsuits, surfwear, professional repair service, extensive range of hire boards and tips on local conditions. With many visiting surfers opting to buy or hire equipment on arrival, the Raglan surf.co has proven to be convenient set up point for many a New Zealand sojourn....surf on.

Raglan offers an impressive area to kite just 3kms from the town with a large beach perfect at low tide for bugging/landboarding and a harbour mouth, which is a great kitesurf spot that provides flat water and waves either side of the mouth.
