Surfing has been the biggest, most rewarding part of Nick Tansley's life for twenty-seven years. His passion for the sport lead him to try his hand at shaping. "I got such a buzz from surfing i thought if i could create one of the magical things for myself, and others, well, what a cool thing to do". That same ethos rings true today. After 20 years of shaping professionally, he still finds satisfaction in creating a board that will "make someone's life a little better".
Over the years there has been many achievements, as he states career highlight's for him were Troy Hirst and Andrew Robinson surfing to National victories on board's that he had shaped.
