Hardest breaks to get in and out of

A mate of mine went to do a running jump off the jump rock at whale bay, there's a little rockpool in the middle of the launch pad that actually has a big hole in it...went up past his knee and stopped dead, then smashed by the wave and dragged back off the ledge. Broken fins and scraped up, pretty luck that was all.
