FSC fins
I got a new 6'4 almerrick flyer. What I am wanting to know is what would be the best alround fins for this board??? I weigh 85kg's and do all my surfing in Southland, and are still very much a beginner that can stand up

It is well known that Merricks are so well designed, ( please Take note Roy )that fins arn't necessary but if you decide to go all old school and get fins, a mid size fin should suit depending on your weight.
has it got a Futures or FCS system?

just use the ones it came with for now if you are a beginner you prob wont notice the difference with the more expensive fins for a couple of years

If you're just starting out bud whatever it comes with would be best. Other wise for 85kg's i'd suggest using M7's or Gam's.

Spelling mistake I meant it to be FCS.
I got the board straight from the impoter and it came with no fins.
well you got a touch ripped off then dude as all boards come with free fins part of the FCS package with the plugs, Just buy some M7 or GAM fins then both will set you back about $105 from a surf shop or if you dont want to spend for the authentic FCS fins then Look on trade me and buy a set that says its a large size or simular to M7 as you can get fins that fit FCS but arent that will be a bit cheaper
