Jabes post count is good but having a few doing the posts over a long period, for the sole reason of post counts is frowned upon I am afraid...do not make my demons flourish, you have been warned.

Oh and jelly needs to be recognised also. This man came into surfco BB making no sense and acting like a retarted shark killer. NOW, we can all understand him, most of the time and has learnt the ways of the BB quite quickly indeed. Nice work jelly, but this does not change a thing between us.
I can mono ski so I am sure I can standup on some fibreglass coated polystyrene, my father.
Now I may be completely wrong but isn't a mono ski a bit like a goat boat? (you sit on it eh?)

I think my forays into the world of SUP are well enough docvmented Mr Spud.
I'm curious as to why more people don't do it to be fair. I don't know many who have actually tried it that don't see a place for it when the waves suit their style.

No a mono ski is like a snowboard or two skis stuck together forming mono(one). An eighties thing.

i wondering if shore boys leave the shore to surf big east coast waves. or if they stay home and surf 2-3ft local breaks with all the pollution. being a weekday you would have to think they will surf the local beaches.

I guess there's the old saying "never drive away from waves". I try and keep it local round here as much as I can. Although it's often better over the hill in the Wairarapa the ol' Southcoast can deliver the goods for the loyal few.
