no they are more taking away the depriciation thing so you cant claim that back every tax year one of my mates does it so on paper he earns 5000 dollars a year etc cause of the depreciation tho is a builder so i know its alot more than that but means he gets a large tax back every year

Managed to get about the same amount back offsetting mortgage interest and rental income against personal income. The depreciation thing is a bit of a have really - never got into that because if you move into the house that you're renting you have to pay back everything you claimed in previous years in relation to depreciation.
One of the bonuses was that on moving back into the house, there was quite a lot of maintenance needed to bring it back to a reasonable state, of which 36% will be claimed back come March 31st.

My brother lives in Devonport. I surfed Takapuna reef. I tried a Welly thread but it never caught on. My dedication to Shore Boys is more a reflection of certain personality defects rather than anything in particular about the North Shore.
