Yellow/Red/White 9'6" Robert August, blue shorts, black rash vest

Got a lot of shortish rights (utilising superb barrel avoidance skills ), a couple of long lefts, and one straighthander through the pack when someone fell out of the lip in front of me.

Which one were you?

the only person on a bodyboard..black long arm west springsuit, blue board..took a couple of rights initially but after everyone seemed to start taking them, went for all lefts after..bailed about 10.30ish

It's to be expected, All us kooks want to be known for surfing cyclone swells. I hear that talk of chasing and riding the mighty storm swells is quite a panty dropper around the water cooler.

Thank you for your contribution. After looking into this matter the Sub 1000 committee for shirtlifting affairs has found that your information is incorrect. Should you desire to appeal this decision please submit your appeal in writing to the aforementioned committee who will duly pass your submission to the appeals committee for consideration. No rain, just sunshine and a strong SW wind. I was surfing in boardies.

By the way, I would advise you as your friend to retract your statement regarding the appeals committee. Lawsuits are being drafted as I speak. The Sub 1000 is a highly litigious organization!

in fact, due to the injustice and highly discriminative nature (no, not shirtlifting) of 'the sub 1000' our case would clearly win if you did wish to procede any further.

did not surf that cland pic, had a go at death river, after watching it for ages and contemplating, wishing someone would rock up and go out haha. Went out and surfed some sloppy ones on the side then i went onto the tail end of the bar and caught some 'end of waves' not sets lol, sh1t was gnarly and the wind got up big time after a while, which i felt kind of relieved about. I got a few drainers but was in survival mode pretty much. Gay when its big and no one is around sometimes.

My initial thought was that in holding proceedings outside a public toilet the sub1000 are clearly a bunch of deviant shirt lifters.

I then realised that if this were the case, the Lyall Bay public toilets would have been chosen as a far superior venue (I accidentally lived across the road from the Lyall Bay public toilets for 2 and a half years, and saw some goings-on that I'm sure could have been turned into a lucrative website.)

My opinion is now that the sub1000 club is clearly a cover for an elaborate Shore Boy conspiracy. Since there are clearly many conspiracies around that I have failed to see in the past I'm determined not to miss this one, so I'm going to get in first.

The exact details of my conspiracy theory are yet to be decided, but it will likely involve NWO midgets dressed as children in the playground, builders from Wellington slinking into Auckland under the cover of darkness to steal waves from true locals, coded messages on the Shore Boys thread, and something nefarious and NWO-related involving the chunky foam lumps and maxi-pads that frequently wash up on the Milford foreshore.
