i find super glue is a good one to if its not too gaping seals it well and peels off easy after a surf prob not too good if its round the flippers area tho

we worked out thats what the super glue is pretty much like spud seems a simular mix of chemicals to that liquid bandage stuff too

im of 2 minds about vaccines, on one hand polio is pretty much extinct cause of them on the other not so convinced about injecting myself with a nuked verison of a disease

Is polio really 'extinct' because of vaccines?
A bit of statistical analysis points to better hygiene and nutritional status. Especially in NZ, where rates of infectious diseases had dropped to 4% of the previous maximum *before* vaccines were introduced.

I have got 3 weeks to go for recheckd by hospital and hopefully i can get into physio.
One thing i notice is that u really start to favour the other side of your body..i have saw back, shoulder, upper leg on the ok side of the body..pretty annoying

Yeah, I can relate to that. I can only sleep comfortably on one side which means every time I turn over in my sleep I wake up. My neck's getting quite sore which is a pain in the neck. Budum-Tsch!

The Lyall bay cam on Surf2Surf is hilarious. They obviously don't have a reporter down here as they don't have a clue. This morning was overhead on the sets at Houghton, but called flat. Only one guy out. I've seen them call it 1-2ft when there's a maxing groundy closing out between the breakwater and Hungerford road ie it is six to eight in the middle of the bay . The web cams actually have made it a heap less crowded down here on the smaller swells as anybody that doesn't bother to check the beach is going to miss out if they rely on the report.
