Not so, it merely shows that the understanding has progressed to the points where some of the physical processes in the sun can be reproduced on a tiny scale.
Some of the processes!? OmG, fusion is the core process powering the sun and is the only process that can account for its enormous power output. Lord Kelvin thought it was a chunk of coal! I have yet to see any evidence of sentience from the sun either.
As usual the greatest obstacle to understanding which you have to overcome is your own mental rigidity.
I do know where such ideas come from, but they have no basis apart from "some dude says so". If you are talking about the inner sun then that is a different matter. The physical sun may be seen as analogous to this but they are definitely not the same thing. Wht you refer to as my "mental rigidity" comes from years of being sold philosophical bu11sh1t by various churches, cults and spiritual groups speaking in much the same sort of tone as you. To call me mentally rigid, is like saying someone who refuses to believe the Earth is flat, despite constant badgering and proof to the contrary is mentally rigid. If you're gonna be brainwashed by something, better make sure it's the truth.

For e.g general relativity is a 4D theory, mass bends spacetime giving the appearance of gravity and for 3D spacetime to bend it must bend thru a 4th dimension. We're not all as hard-of-thinking as some might imagine.

yeah, the old one was naffed. i was going to get a mac,but too pricey for my budget..and this one runs my graphic design programme efficiently, so settled for pavilion desktop, duel core 4BG 64bit, running windows 7.
got some wizz bang features. just rigged a wire to my amp so i can blast out the playlists...and streams live radio primo.

yeah, gotta say i'm pretty impressed with the OS.and the speed.. now i can hoof around cyberspace at hyper knots, do my editing stuff, listen to music all at once. all i need is a tv tuner and i'll be able to download tv shows/movies..even has a lightscribe to put graphics on dvds/cd's etc.
sh1t..about the only thing it doesn't do is brew coffee.
