yip,always has been bad for theft/dodgy stuff. Back umm about 20years ago (sigh) I got back from a horse ride to my falcon hooked up with horsefloat in the nick of time, to find the rest of the cars in the carpark had all 4 tyres slashed, and my car with a smashed the window about to be stolen. Then there was always the odd naked bloke popping up in the trees to.
Just over an hours drive, right conditions, empty waves, 3ft & offshore 
Doesnt usually get very good here but every now and then theres waves

If its your shot then I wouldnt blame you for wanting to sort out an issue of copyright/stealing
I am not BC and have recently only added a profile after seeing my shot in a forum. Its as simple as that. If someone steals from you, you do something about it and there is no difference in what im doing.
If you pride yourself on what you do then why not get annoyed when someone takes that away without permission?
So if 'Jelly' can man up that would be interesting as he doesnt have a leg to stand on.

As you can see your are not the only one that surfs this joint,my nephew and I surf here and there a lot, and he is the one that gave me the pic,as you can see he has croped it quite a bit to try and hide shi7 around the the mystery spot
