Coastal Disturbance

It was a coastal disturbance yet again on Saturday. Along with the fog and drizzle, Taranaki pulsed through the gloom with a maxing swell that had some spots, dare I mention, a tad large for some surfers.

Coldies in Taranaki

Cold, cold and more cold along with new snow up the hill and wicked wind gusts of up to 90kms. Certainly didn't deter some hardline Taranaki surfers and their guests in the town waves today. A few boards went for a sail to Oz and a couple got even shorter as they landed!
